Board Chair

A graduate from the University of Akron, with a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology. I have been a speech-language pathologist at St. Augustine Manor for 7 years. The best part of my job is adding value to my patient's lives through helping them communicate and eat safely. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading and helping others in any way that I can.

Secretary

Administrative assistant for the past 19 years and counting, with getting most organized employee. Most interest is being organized or putting things in order. Sitting board member as the secretary at Royal Haven Inc.

Dawn Pritchett

Treasurer

I enjoy photography and writing poetry and doing creative arts and crafts. I've worked in the customer service field for over 15 because I enjoy helping others while inspiring and encouraging. I joined Royal Haven Board to bring my creative talents while helping and inspiring and encouraging the residents and the staff as well as the other Board members.

Andrea Baughs

I am a Case Counselor for Rising Hope-(opiate specific) Treatment Facility. I am a entrepreneur for Mary Kay Cosmetics & board member for Royal Haven. My reasoning behind getting involved with Royal haven is that I have a passion for helping others who don't have a voice for themselves, not only that I have family members that I can help through gaining knowledge from this phenomenal organization that I have been privileged to be apart of. What drawed me to this organization was their community linkage & collaboration with staff and board members everybody has a voice. Also, the level of care that is provided at the facility is outstanding. I am truly honored to be apart of Royal Haven.

Education and client care needs are major areas of interest as demonstrated by her Masters of Nursing Education at Cuyahoga Community College. Performing the role of tenured nursing faculty and in the process of completing a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Case Western Reserve has le- Zenora with the opportunity to provide more services, seek out research, and intertwine nursing with the Royal Haven community population
